Responsibilities
- Analyze complex business processes and stakeholder requirements to define project scope and deliverables
- Collaborate with IT teams to translate business needs into technical specifications and user stories
- Create and maintain detailed documentation including process flows, data models, and requirement artifacts
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops to gather requirements and validate solutions
- Develop KPI dashboards and reports to track business performance metrics
- Identify process improvement opportunities through data analysis and stakeholder feedback
- Support UAT testing and implementation of new systems/processes
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Data Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of business analysis experience with night shift or flexible hours
- Proficiency in SQL, data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI), and process modeling
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and requirement management tools
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
