Responsibilities
- Conduct stakeholder interviews and requirement gathering during night shift hours
- Analyze business processes and identify optimization opportunities
- Create detailed documentation including BRDs, user stories, and process flows
- Develop data models and visualizations using SQL, Excel, and Power BI
- Collaborate with development teams during Agile ceremonies
- Track KPIs and deliver performance reports to leadership
- Support system implementations and change management
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field
- 3+ years as Business Analyst experience
- Strong SQL and data visualization skills
- Proficiency in Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management
- Ability to thrive in night shift schedule (6 PM - 2 AM)
- Certification (CBAP, PMI-PBA) preferred
