Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends and opportunities for operational improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to document business requirements and process flows
- Develop detailed reports and dashboards using SQL, Excel, and Tableau
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops to align business objectives with technical solutions
- Create and maintain data models to support strategic decision-making
- Lead UAT cycles and ensure seamless implementation of system changes
- Present findings to executive leadership through compelling visualizations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Data Science, or related field
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst with night shift or remote work
- Proficiency in SQL, data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI), and Excel
- Strong experience in requirements gathering and process mapping
- Certification (CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent) preferred
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to bridge technical and business teams
- Proven track record in translating complex data into actionable insights
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision during night hours
