Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes and requirements using SQL, Excel, and BI tools
- Create detailed documentation including user stories, process flows, and wireframes
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope and success metrics
- Present findings to executive leadership through data-driven dashboards
- Support system implementation and UAT for critical business applications
- Identify process improvement opportunities and develop implementation plans
- Mentor junior analysts and contribute to knowledge base development
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years as Business Analyst with night shift or remote work experience
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, Excel, and at least one BI tool (Tableau/Power BI)
- Certification in Agile/Scrum methodologies preferred
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts
- Proven experience in requirements gathering and stakeholder management
- Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently during night shift hours (10 PM - 6 AM CST)
