Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycles using Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Coordinate cross-functional teams across development, design, and QA departments
- Develop detailed project plans with clear milestones and deliverables
- Manage stakeholder communications through executive dashboards and status reports
- Identify and mitigate project risks using data-driven risk assessment frameworks
- Optimize resource allocation across concurrent weekend initiatives
- Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations
- Maintain JIRA/Asana project tracking systems with real-time updates
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Management
- 5+ years of project management experience with weekend shift exposure
- PMP or CSM certification required
- Proven expertise in managing software development lifecycle
- Advanced proficiency in MS Project, JIRA, and Asana
- Exceptional stakeholder management and conflict resolution skills
- Experience with offshore/onshore team coordination
- Strong analytical abilities with data-driven decision-making track record
