Responsibilities
- Analyze complex business requirements and translate them into detailed technical specifications for overnight operations
- Develop and maintain comprehensive data models to support financial reporting systems
- Collaborate with stakeholders during night shift to implement process improvements
- Create and deliver actionable dashboards and KPI reports for executive leadership
- Facilitate UAT sessions and ensure seamless integration of new solutions
- Document business processes and maintain up-to-date requirement artifacts
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Data Science, or related field
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst with night shift exposure
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Power BI/Tableau)
- Strong experience with requirement elicitation and documentation methodologies
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
- Understanding of financial systems and regulatory compliance requirements
- Agile/Scrum certification preferred
