Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes and data systems to identify improvement opportunities
- Document detailed requirements for IT projects and software development
- Create wireframes, user stories, and process flows for digital solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align business needs with technical capabilities
- Develop KPIs and reporting mechanisms to track project success
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops and present findings to executive leadership
- Support UAT testing and implementation of new systems
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years of business analysis experience in tech or finance
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently during night shift hours (6 PM - 2 AM CST)
- Certification (CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent) a plus
