Responsibilities
- Analyze complex business processes and identify improvement opportunities during night shift operations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and deliverables
- Create detailed documentation including process flows, user stories, and technical specifications
- Develop and maintain KPI dashboards to track operational performance metrics
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops to gather and validate business requirements
- Support UAT testing and implementation of new systems during off-peak hours
- Provide real-time problem resolution for production issues during night shifts
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years of experience as Business Analyst in night shift or rotational schedules
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and JIRA
- Certified Business Analyst (CBAP) or PMI-PMP certification required
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills for remote stakeholder collaboration
