Responsibilities
- Analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for development teams
- Create detailed process flows, user stories, and acceptance criteria using industry-standard methodologies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams during night shifts to ensure alignment on project deliverables
- Develop and maintain data models, dashboards, and reporting systems for real-time business intelligence
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops during night hours to gather requirements and validate solutions
- Document business processes, system functionalities, and change impacts using UML and flowcharts
- Monitor KPIs and performance metrics to identify optimization opportunities
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst with night shift or remote work background
- Proficiency in SQL, data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI), and process modeling (BPMN)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and JIRA/Confluence documentation
- Exceptional communication skills for effective night shift stakeholder engagement
- Certification (CBAP, PMP) or equivalent experience preferred
