Responsibilities
- Analyze complex business processes and data systems to identify improvement opportunities
- Create detailed requirements documents, user stories, and process flow diagrams
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope and deliverables
- Develop and maintain dashboards reporting key performance metrics
- Facilitate workshops and meetings across global time zones
- Validate data integrity and troubleshoot system anomalies
- Document business rules and system specifications
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Data Science, or related field
- 3+ years of business analysis experience in night shift or rotational schedule
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills
- Experience documenting requirements for financial or SaaS systems
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
