Responsibilities
- Analyze complex business processes and translate requirements into technical specifications
- Develop and maintain data models, dashboards, and reporting tools using SQL and BI platforms
- Collaborate with stakeholders across time zones during evening hours to gather and document requirements
- Identify process improvement opportunities through data analysis and propose actionable solutions
- Facilitate workshops and create detailed documentation for system implementations
- Monitor KPIs and generate regular performance reports for leadership
- Support UAT testing and ensure seamless integration of new analytics solutions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Data Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of business analysis experience with night shift or rotational schedule background
- Proficiency in SQL, data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI), and process modeling
- Strong experience in requirements gathering and documentation (use cases, user stories)
- Excellent communication skills with ability to articulate complex concepts to non-technical audiences
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and JIRA/Trello
- Ability to work independently during night shift hours with minimal supervision
- Certification (CBAP, PMP, or similar) preferred
