Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes and system requirements to identify improvement opportunities
- Document detailed specifications, user stories, and process flows for development teams
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope and deliverables
- Develop and maintain dashboards reporting KPIs and operational metrics
- Conduct root cause analysis for operational bottlenecks and propose solutions
- Facilitate cross-functional meetings with international teams during night shift hours
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field
- 3+ years of business analysis experience with night shift or remote collaboration
- Proficiency in SQL, data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI), and JIRA
- Experience documenting requirements in Agile/Scrum environments
- Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Certification (CBAP, PMI-PBA) preferred
