Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes and identify improvement opportunities using SQL, Excel, and BI tools
- Document requirements through user stories, process flows, and data models
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops to align technical solutions with business goals
- Develop KPI dashboards and performance metrics using Tableau/Power BI
- Conduct cost-benefit analysis for proposed system enhancements
- Validate test cases and provide go/no-go recommendations for releases
- Present findings to executive leadership through executive summaries
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of business analysis experience in tech or SaaS environments
- Proficiency in SQL, data modeling, and ETL processes
- Certification (CBAP, PMP, or PMI-PBA) preferred
- Strong experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Exceptional communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
- Proven ability to manage competing priorities in fast-paced settings
- Willingness to work night shift (10 PM - 6 AM PST)
