Responsibilities
- Analyze complex business processes and translate requirements into actionable technical specifications
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope and deliverables
- Develop detailed user stories, process flows, and data models using SQL and visualization tools
- Conduct stakeholder interviews and workshops to gather business requirements
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation including BRDs, UML diagrams, and test cases
- Support UAT cycles and provide post-implementation analysis
- Monitor KPIs and generate performance reports for leadership review
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of experience as Business Analyst in night shift or remote environments
- Proficiency in SQL, Tableau, and process modeling tools (Visio, Lucidchart)
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to bridge technical and business stakeholders
- Certification in CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent preferred
- Experience in fintech, healthcare, or e-commerce industries
- Ability to work independently during night hours (7 PM - 7 AM PST)
