Responsibilities
- Analyze operational data and KPIs to identify process improvement opportunities
- Create detailed requirements documentation and user stories for development teams
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops across global time zones during night hours
- Develop and maintain dashboards using SQL, Tableau, and Excel
- Perform gap analysis between business needs and system capabilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement data-driven solutions
- Document business processes and workflow optimization recommendations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years of business analysis experience in night shift or rotational schedule
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Certification in CBAP or PMI-PBA highly desirable
- Ability to work independently during night hours (7PM-7AM)
