Responsibilities
- Analyze complex business processes and data systems to identify optimization opportunities
- Document detailed requirements through user stories, process flows, and wireframes
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops across global teams during overnight hours
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards using SQL and visualization tools
- Validate data integrity and troubleshoot discrepancies in enterprise systems
- Present actionable insights to leadership through executive-ready reports
- Collaborate with development teams to implement data-driven solutions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Data Science, or related field
- 3+ years of business analysis experience with night shift or remote work
- Expertise in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Certified Business Analyst (CBAP) or PMI-P preferred
- Proven ability to translate technical requirements for non-technical stakeholders
- Strong analytical skills with experience in process modeling (BPMN/UML)
- Exceptional written and verbal communication for overnight documentation
