Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes and requirements to identify improvement opportunities for enterprise systems
- Develop detailed documentation including functional specifications, process flows, and user stories
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops across international teams during night shift hours
- Create and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau/Power BI to track KPIs
- Validate test cases and ensure solution alignment with business objectives
- Coordinate with development teams to implement data-driven enhancements
- Generate comprehensive reports on system performance and user adoption metrics
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years as Business Analyst with night shift or flexible scheduling experience
- Proficiency in SQL, data modeling, and visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong background in Agile/Scrum methodologies and JIRA/Confluence
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with ability to work independently during off-hours
- Certification in CBAP, PMI-PBA, or related business analysis credential preferred
- Experience with federal contracting or government projects highly desirable
