Responsibilities
- Analyze complex business processes and translate requirements into technical specifications
- Create detailed documentation including flowcharts, user stories, and wireframes
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops during night shift hours (6 PM - 2 AM CT)
- Develop SQL queries and data visualizations to identify trends and opportunities
- Validate system changes through UAT and provide post-implementation support
- Optimize workflows using Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Present findings to executive leadership via night-shift syncs
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field
- 3+ years Business Analyst experience with night shift or remote work
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools
- Certification in CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent preferred
- Experience with JIRA, Confluence, and Agile frameworks
- Exceptional problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently during off-peak hours
