Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends and deliver actionable business recommendations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to document requirements and implement process improvements
- Create detailed reports, dashboards, and visualizations for executive stakeholders
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops during overnight shifts to align on project goals
- Develop and maintain data models to support predictive analytics initiatives
- Ensure data integrity through rigorous testing and validation protocols
- Drive Agile/Scrum methodologies during sprint planning and retrospectives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst with night shift preference
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong analytical skills with experience in statistical modeling
- Excellent communication skills with ability to present complex concepts clearly
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and JIRA
- Certification in CBAP or PMI-PBA preferred
- Ability to work independently during overnight hours (10 PM - 6 AM)
