Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain critical IT systems including servers, networks, and cloud infrastructure during overnight hours
- Proactively troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across enterprise platforms
- Execute scheduled system maintenance, updates, and security patches
- Collaborate with global teams to ensure continuous system availability
- Document incidents, resolutions, and system performance metrics
- Implement cybersecurity protocols and respond to security alerts
- Support disaster recovery testing and business continuity initiatives
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in IT operations or system administration
- Expertise in Windows Server, Active Directory, and virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V)
- Strong knowledge of network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP) and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
- CCNA or CompTIA Network+ certification preferred
- Experience with monitoring tools (Nagios, Zabbix, SolarWinds)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision during night shift
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
