Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycles from planning to execution for night-shift teams
- Coordinate with global stakeholders across time zones during Austin evening hours
- Implement Agile/Scrum methodologies to optimize team productivity
- Manage project budgets, risks, and resource allocation
- Facilitate nightly stand-ups and sprint reviews with distributed teams
- Generate comprehensive project reports for executive leadership
- Maintain JIRA/Asana dashboards for real-time progress tracking
Qualifications
- 5+ years in project management with night-shift or remote team experience
- PMP or CPM certification required
- Expertise in Agile/Scrum frameworks and project management tools
- Strong communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
- Proven ability to manage budgets exceeding $500K
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Experience in SaaS or software development environments
- Ability to work independently during core business hours (9 AM - 5 PM CST)
