Responsibilities
- End-to-end project lifecycle management from initiation to closure
- Coordinate cross-functional teams across multiple time zones
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation
- Monitor KPIs and deliverables using agile methodologies
- Proactively identify and mitigate project risks
- Stakeholder communication through daily stand-ups and weekly reports
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies
Qualifications
- 5+ years of project management experience in tech or software development
- PMP or CSM certification strongly preferred
- Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget
- Expertise in Jira, Asana, or similar project management tools
- Exceptional problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Experience with remote team coordination and virtual leadership
