Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end project lifecycles, from initiation to closure, ensuring alignment with business objectives
- Coordinate with global teams across time zones during overnight shifts to maintain project momentum
- Implement Agile methodologies to optimize workflows and deliverables
- Proactively identify and mitigate project risks while maintaining stakeholder communication
- Manage project budgets, resources, and timelines with precision
- Lead sprint planning, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups
- Generate comprehensive project documentation and performance reports
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Project Management, IT, Business, or related field
- 5+ years of project management experience with overnight shift exposure
- PMP or CPM certification strongly preferred
- Expertise in Jira, Asana, and Microsoft Project Suite
- Proven track record in Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Exceptional cross-functional leadership and conflict resolution skills
