Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams through project lifecycles using Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation strategies
- Monitor KPIs and ensure deliverables align with business objectives
- Facilitate stakeholder communications across global teams during night shifts
- Manage project risks and implement mitigation strategies proactively
- Coordinate with vendors and third-party partners for seamless execution
- Utilize Jira/Asana for task tracking and reporting
- Conduct post-project reviews to identify improvement opportunities
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of project management experience with 2+ years in night shift roles
- PMP or CPM certification strongly preferred
- Expertise in Agile frameworks and project management tools (Jira, MS Project)
- Proven track record of managing complex tech projects with $500K+ budgets
- Exceptional communication skills for overnight stakeholder coordination
- Ability to make data-driven decisions under pressure
- Experience with remote team management across time zones
