- Coordinate cross-functional teams across development, operations, and security domains
- Implement Agile/Scrum methodologies to ensure sprint deliverables align with business objectives
- Manage project risks, dependencies, and stakeholder communications in real-time
- Ensure compliance with ISO 27001 security protocols during off-hours operations
- Generate comprehensive project reports and dashboards for executive review

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field
- 5+ years of project management experience with 2+ years in night shift operations
- PMP or CSM certification strongly preferred
