- Plan, execute, and monitor cross-functional IT projects with night shift teams
- Coordinate resources across departments to ensure on-time delivery
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and risk mitigation strategies
- Lead agile ceremonies and maintain JIRA/Confluence documentation
- Communicate project status to stakeholders through daily stand-ups and weekly reports
- Manage project budgets and resource allocation efficiently
- Ensure compliance with ISO 27001 security standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, or related field
- 5+ years of project management experience in IT infrastructure
- PMP or CSM certification required
- Proven experience leading night shift operations
- Expertise in agile methodologies and project management tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
