Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycles for enterprise software development using Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (engineering, UX, QA) across 3 global time zones
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies
- Proactively identify and mitigate project risks while maintaining stakeholder alignment
- Implement Jira/Confluence for real-time progress tracking and documentation
- Facilitate daily stand-ups and retrospectives during night shift operations
- Manage project budgets and deliverables with strict adherence to SLAs
Qualifications
- 5+ years of project management experience with SaaS/tech products
- PMP or CSM certification required
- Proven track record leading night shift or remote project teams
- Expertise in Jira, Asana, and Microsoft Project Suite
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making ability
- Exceptional written/verbal communication for asynchronous collaboration
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field
- Experience with offshore/onshore team coordination models
