Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycles using Agile/Scrum frameworks
- Coordinate with global teams across time zones during night shifts
- Manage project budgets, risks, and stakeholder communications
- Implement JIRA and Asana for seamless workflow tracking
- Drive continuous improvement in project delivery processes
- Facilitate daily stand-ups and sprint retrospectives
- Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 quality standards
Qualifications
- 5+ years in project management with night shift experience
- PMP or CSM certification required
- Expertise in SDLC and waterfall/Agile hybrid models
- Strong proficiency in MS Project, Trello, and Confluence
- Proven success leading remote/distributed teams
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Exceptional problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
