Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end project lifecycles from initiation to closure, ensuring timely delivery of tech solutions
- Coordinate resources across departments to align with project scope, timeline, and budget constraints
- Implement Agile methodologies and risk mitigation strategies for night shift operations
- Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives with distributed teams
- Generate comprehensive project documentation including status reports, change logs, and post-mortems
- Maintain stakeholder communication through executive dashboards and progress briefings
- Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and SOC 2 standards during off-hours deployments
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
- 5+ years of project management experience with 2+ years in night shift or global team environments
- PMP or CPM certification required with current renewal status
- Proven expertise in Jira, Asana, and Microsoft Project Suite
- Advanced proficiency in stakeholder management across cultural and time-zone boundaries
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities for critical path resolution during off-peak hours
