Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of night-sprint projects and operations.
- Manage the full project lifecycle, from initiation and planning to execution, monitoring, and closure, ensuring all milestones are met.
- Identify potential risks and bottlenecks in the workflow and implement proactive mitigation strategies.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and produce detailed, actionable nightly status reports for senior leadership.
- Foster a culture of accountability and high morale among night-shift team members.
- Collaborate with day-shift counterparts to ensure continuity and alignment of project goals.
- Resource allocation and budget tracking for night-crew projects.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Project Management, with a preference for candidates who have worked in a night shift environment.
- PMP or CAPM certification is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in project management software such as Asana, Jira, MS Project, or Monday.com.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence without authority.
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills under pressure.
- Ability to work independently and maintain focus during non-traditional working hours.
