Responsibilities
- Lead and Manage Projects: Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of projects, from initiation and planning to execution and closure, ensuring all deadlines are met.
- Team Coordination: Act as the primary point of contact for cross-functional teams during the night shift, facilitating communication and resolving conflicts.
- Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure operational continuity.
- Resource Allocation: Efficiently manage project resources, budget, and timelines to maximize productivity during night operations.
- Stakeholder Reporting: Provide clear, concise reports to senior leadership and day-shift stakeholders regarding project progress and key performance indicators.
- Quality Assurance: Implement and monitor quality control processes to ensure all deliverables meet Apex's high standards.
- Process Improvement: Continuously analyze night-shift workflows to identify opportunities for efficiency gains.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in project management, preferably in logistics, operations, or IT.
- Certifications: PMP, CAPM, or PRINCE2 certification is strongly preferred.
- Night Shift Availability: Must be willing and able to work night shifts (e.g., 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM or 12:00 AM - 8:00 AM).
- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to report effectively to non-night-shift teams.
- Tools Proficiency: Strong command of project management software such as Jira, Asana, Trello, or Microsoft Project.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues independently.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field is required.
