Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycles for cloud migration initiatives and system upgrades during night shift hours
- Coordinate 15+ cross-functional teams across DevOps, QA, and Infrastructure departments
- Implement agile frameworks (Scrum/Kanban) to optimize sprint planning and velocity tracking
- Manage project budgets exceeding $2M while maintaining 95% on-time delivery metrics
- Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies for critical path dependencies
- Stakeholder communication via daily stand-ups and weekly executive briefings
- Utilize JIRA, Confluence, and MS Project for real-time progress monitoring
Qualifications
- 5+ years of project management experience in tech/IT environments
- PMP or CSM certification required
- Proven track record leading night shift or global distributed teams
- Expertise in agile methodologies, waterfall hybrids, and hybrid project delivery
- Advanced proficiency in MS Project, JIRA, and Asana
- Strong analytical skills for budget forecasting and resource allocation
- Excellent conflict resolution and stakeholder management abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field
