Responsibilities
- Lead Night Operations: Direct and coordinate cross-functional teams to execute project plans during evening hours, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Stakeholder Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for night-shift stakeholders, providing clear status updates and managing expectations effectively.
- Risk Management: Identify potential operational risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure uninterrupted project delivery.
- Resource Allocation: Optimize team performance by assigning tasks efficiently and removing obstacles that hinder progress.
- Quality Assurance: Monitor deliverables against quality standards and conduct performance reviews for the night shift team.
- Reporting: Generate and present detailed progress reports to senior leadership on a nightly and weekly basis.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field required.
- Certification: PMP, CAPM, or PRINCE2 certification is highly preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of project management experience, with at least 2 years in a night shift or 24/7 operations environment.
- Methodologies: Proficiency in Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.
- Technical Skills: Strong command of MS Project, JIRA, or similar project management software.
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; ability to lead meetings and facilitate discussions.
- Availability: Must be willing and able to work night shifts (typically 9:00 PM - 6:00 AM or 10:00 PM - 7:00 AM).
