Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate cross-functional project teams during the night shift to ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
- Manage project scope, timeline, and budget, ensuring all deliverables meet Apex Logistics standards.
- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues, escalating them to senior leadership when necessary.
- Facilitate communication between day and night shift teams to ensure seamless operational continuity.
- Prepare detailed progress reports and presentations for executive stakeholders on a weekly basis.
- Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce operational costs.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Project Management, preferably within logistics, supply chain, or manufacturing.
- PMP, CAPM, or PRINCE2 certification is highly preferred.
- Strong experience with Agile or Waterfall methodologies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present to senior management.
- Must be available to work night shifts (typically 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Proficiency in MS Project, Jira, or similar project management tools.
