Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycle management including planning, execution, and post-implementation reviews during overnight shifts
- Coordinate resources across departments to ensure 24/7 project continuity and milestone achievement
- Implement Agile methodologies while maintaining detailed project documentation and risk mitigation strategies
- Facilitate daily stand-ups and weekly stakeholder communications across multiple time zones
- Monitor project KPIs using Jira and MS Project, providing real-time status reports to leadership
- Manage vendor relationships and contracts for night shift operations and emergency support
- Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 standards during overnight production and deployment phases
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or related field (PMP certification required)
- Minimum 5 years experience managing technical projects in 24/7 operations environments
- Proven expertise with Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management software (Jira, MS Project)
- Exceptional communication skills for overnight stakeholder coordination across global teams
- Strong analytical abilities for risk assessment and contingency planning during off-hours
- Experience with budget management exceeding $500K and resource allocation for night shifts
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high deliverable standards
- Valid driver's license for occasional emergency site visits during overnight hours
