Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the end-to-end lifecycle of projects, from initiation to closure, specifically during night operations.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including logistics, warehousing, and quality assurance, to ensure project deliverables are met.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to keep operations on track.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing regular status updates and reports on project health.
- Ensure all night shift activities comply with safety regulations and company policies.
- Mentor junior project managers and team leads to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in logistics, supply chain, or operations (minimum 5 years).
- PMP, CAPM, or similar project management certification is highly preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a night shift environment.
- Strong proficiency in project management software (e.g., Jira, Asana, MS Project).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities with a focus on detail.
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field.
