Responsibilities
- Lead Night Operations: Direct the planning, execution, and monitoring of all night shift projects to ensure alignment with organizational goals and deadlines.
- Team Coordination: Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including clinical staff, IT specialists, and logistics personnel, to resolve issues in real-time.
- Risk Management: Proactively identify potential risks and bottlenecks during night operations and implement mitigation strategies to prevent service disruptions.
- Performance Reporting: Generate detailed progress reports for senior leadership, highlighting key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational status.
- Process Improvement: Continuously refine night shift workflows to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and improve patient/client outcomes.
- Communication Hub: Serve as the primary point of contact for critical incidents occurring during off-hours, ensuring rapid response and resolution.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in project management, preferably within healthcare, logistics, or 24/7 operations.
- Shift Availability: Must be willing and able to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM).
- Certification: PMP, CAPM, or Prince2 certification is highly preferred.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Jira, Asana, MS Project) and data analysis tools.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey complex information clearly to diverse stakeholders.
- Leadership: Strong ability to motivate and lead teams during low-energy hours while maintaining high standards of accountability.
