Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate overnight project workflows, ensuring 100% on-time delivery of key objectives.
- Monitor performance metrics and KPIs to identify trends and implement process improvements during night operations.
- Act as the primary point of contact for cross-functional teams, bridging the gap between night and day shifts.
- Manage risk and resources proactively, resolving operational bottlenecks efficiently.
- Prepare detailed nightly reports for leadership review and strategic planning.
- Foster a culture of accountability and safety within the overnight team.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in project management or operations coordination.
- PMP, CAPM, or equivalent certification is highly preferred.
- Proven ability to lead teams effectively in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills (remote/async communication required).
- Ability to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 7 PM - 7 AM).
- Proficiency with project management software (Jira, Asana, MS Project).
