Responsibilities
- Oversee the execution of all night shift projects, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met with precision.
- Act as the primary liaison between night operations teams and day-shift leadership to ensure seamless information flow.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate risks within ongoing projects to minimize downtime.
- Manage resource allocation and personnel scheduling to optimize productivity during off-hours.
- Generate and present detailed performance reports and progress updates to stakeholders.
- Enforce strict safety protocols and compliance standards across all operations.
- Facilitate problem-solving sessions to resolve operational bottlenecks immediately.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in project management, preferably within logistics, operations, or manufacturing.
- Experience managing shift-based operations or working night shifts is highly preferred.
- Proven experience using project management tools such as Jira, Asana, or Trello.
- Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to lead diverse teams.
- PMP or CAPM certification is a plus but not required.
- Ability to work independently and make critical decisions with limited supervision.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
