Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the full project lifecycle for night operations, ensuring deliverables are met on time and within scope.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to drive project execution and resolve operational bottlenecks.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, implementing strategies to ensure continuity.
- Communicate project status, milestones, and issues clearly to stakeholders and senior management.
- Ensure strict adherence to quality standards, safety protocols, and regulatory compliance.
- Mentor junior project managers and foster a collaborative team culture.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, preferably within a 24/7 operations environment.
- Strong proficiency in project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall) and tools (Jira, MS Project).
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and managing budgets.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex data to diverse audiences.
- PMP or CAPM certification is highly preferred.
- Ability to work independently and maintain high productivity during night shifts.
