Responsibilities
- Orchestrate and manage the full project lifecycle from initiation through closure, specifically tailored for night operations.
- Lead daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives to ensure alignment and continuous improvement.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks in real-time to prevent delays and resource burnout.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders and client teams across different time zones to ensure seamless handoffs.
- Optimize resource allocation and capacity planning to maximize team efficiency during shift hours.
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation, risk registers, and status reports.
- Act as the primary point of contact for the night shift team, fostering a supportive and high-performance culture.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably in software development, IT operations, or technical support.
- Strong proficiency in Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.
- Experience working effectively in a night shift environment or rotating shifts is required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to manage remote teams.
- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and make data-driven decisions under pressure.
- PMP or CAPM certification is a plus but not mandatory.
