Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate all night shift project activities to ensure 100% on-time delivery and quality assurance.
- Monitor workflow efficiency, identify bottlenecks, and implement process improvements for overnight teams.
- Act as the primary liaison between the night shift staff and the morning operations team during handovers.
- Prepare detailed daily operational reports, including KPIs and project status updates, for senior leadership.
- Enforce strict safety protocols and regulatory compliance standards during night operations.
- Manage project resources, budgets, and timelines specifically for the overnight shift cycle.
- Resolve escalated issues and conflicts within the team while maintaining high morale.
Qualifications
- Proven experience (3+ years minimum) as a Project Manager, preferably in logistics, supply chain, or operations.
- PMP, CAPM, or relevant Project Management certification is highly preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively and reliably during night shifts and rotating schedules.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a focus on clarity and conciseness.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make quick decisions under pressure.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Asana, Jira, MS Project) and CRM software.
- Ability to build rapport and lead a diverse team in a remote/on-site hybrid setting.
