Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the end-to-end project lifecycle, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closing.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project milestones are met.
- Communicate project status, updates, and issues to stakeholders and executive leadership.
- Utilize project management software (e.g., Jira, Asana, MS Project) to track progress and resource allocation.
- Ensure quality assurance standards are met across all project deliverables.
- Mentor junior project managers and facilitate team meetings.
Qualifications
- 3-5+ years of proven experience as a Project Manager in a technical or operations environment.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, including Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall.
- Professional Project Management (PMP) or CAPM certification is highly preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Must be available and willing to work the night shift schedule.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.
