Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive stakeholder interviews to gather and document detailed business requirements.
- Perform data analysis to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Create detailed process maps, user stories, and functional specifications using Visio or similar tools.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers and project managers, to ensure successful project delivery.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular status updates to leadership.
Qualifications
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in business analysis or a related role.
- Proficiency in SQL and advanced Excel (PivotTables, VLOOKUPs).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex data to non-technical audiences.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a part-time capacity.
