Responsibilities
- Conduct stakeholder interviews to elicit, document, and prioritize business requirements
- Analyze operational data to identify trends and recommend process improvements
- Create detailed user stories, process flows, and functional specifications
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on project deliverables
- Develop and maintain business intelligence dashboards using SQL and Excel
- Facilitate requirement validation sessions with technical teams
- Document business processes and update project artifacts
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field
- 2+ years of business analysis experience in tech or SaaS
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools
- Strong experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Certification (CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent) preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating requirements documentation and process modeling
