- Conduct stakeholder interviews and requirements gathering sessions to define project scope and deliverables.
- Translate complex business requirements into functional user stories and technical specifications.
- Perform gap analysis between current business processes and proposed solutions.
- Create and maintain detailed documentation, including process maps, wireframes, and use case diagrams.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (developers, QA, product managers) to ensure smooth project execution.
- Track project milestones and provide regular progress reports to leadership.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role.
- Proficiency in SQL and data modeling tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a part-time capacity.
