Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business requirements for software development projects.
- Translate complex business needs into clear functional specifications and user stories.
- Conduct data analysis to identify trends, performance gaps, and opportunities for process optimization.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to ensure alignment across cross-functional teams.
- Monitor project progress and communicate risks or blockers to the project manager effectively.
- Create and maintain process maps, flowcharts, and wireframes using Visio or Lucidchart.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a related analytical role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL, Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables), and data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI).
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools like JIRA.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field preferred.
