Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough requirements gathering and analysis to define project scopes and deliverables.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to document business processes, workflows, and system requirements.
- Create detailed user stories, use cases, and functional specifications for development teams.
- Analyze data to identify trends, opportunities for improvement, and potential risks.
- Prepare clear and concise reports and presentations for executive stakeholders.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to ensure alignment across departments.
- Monitor project progress and ensure deliverables meet quality standards.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in business analysis or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in SQL, Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP), and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Experience with Agile or Waterfall methodologies is highly preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a part-time capacity.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
