Responsibilities
- Gather and Analyze Requirements: Conduct interviews and workshops to identify business needs and translate them into technical requirements for the development team.
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Interpret complex datasets using SQL and Excel to generate comprehensive reports that support strategic planning.
- Process Improvement: Analyze current business workflows to identify bottlenecks and recommend solutions for increased efficiency.
- Stakeholder Communication: Act as a liaison between technical staff and non-technical stakeholders to ensure clear understanding of project goals.
- Documentation: Maintain up-to-date documentation of business processes, system requirements, and functional specifications.
- Project Support: Assist in the execution of project milestones, tracking progress and ensuring deliverables are met on time.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a related data analysis role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL, Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP), and data visualization tools (Tableau or PowerBI).
- Analytical Mindset: Strong ability to collect, analyze, and interpret large volumes of data.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly.
- Flexibility: Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a part-time capacity.
