Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented professional to assist in gathering requirements, analyzing data, and documenting business processes. This part-time position offers a great balance of professional challenge and personal flexibility.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify, document, and prioritize business requirements.
- Conduct thorough data analysis to support decision-making and process improvement initiatives.
- Translate complex business needs into clear, concise functional specifications and user stories.
- Monitor project progress and identify potential risks or bottlenecks in workflows.
- Liaise between technical teams and business units to ensure solution alignment.
- Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) and provide feedback on system changes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in business analysis, requirements gathering, or a related role.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, or Tableau).
- Strong understanding of Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex data to non-technical audiences.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
